Symptom: QoS policing is reported applied to the session OK, but when the average limit is set to 4 Mbps the subscriber is able to pass traffic at up to 6 Mbps: <…> Traffic class session ID: 53 ACL Name: BW_METER, Packets = 0, Bytes = 0 <…> After 15 seconds <…> Traffic class session ID: 53 ACL Name: BW_METER, Packets = 7031, Bytes = 9466099 <…> the average rate being ca. 5.05 Mbps therefore. The problem appears to affect equally the upstream and the downstream directions. Conditions: The policing still works correctly for data rates up to ca. 1.5 Mbps.
