Symptom: Call hung and stuck in active state, so the ephone-dn is getting stuck in "S_WAIT_HOST_DISC/EFXS_W_SETUP_ACK_ONHOOK on" Conditions: Intermittent, hard to recreate but happens a few times a week. When we look at a show ephone-dn summary we get the following output. PORT CH DN STATE MWI_STATE CODEC VAD VTSP STATE VPM STATE 50/0/5 1 IDLE NONE g711ulaw n S_WAIT_HOST_DISC EFXS_W_SETUP_ACK_ONHOOK The show call active voice compact shows the call as follows. Total call-legs: 9 4756 ANS T0 None TELE P551 We have reset the phone and it still shows down. We have to reboot the router to clear the error.
