Description (partial)

Symptom: I installed IP Communicator 7.0(3) ( 7.0.0 was installed there before) successfully and restarted the server. After  I made the first call successfully and released the call by clicking on the "End-Call" button on the display,  I observed that Communicator stuck at connected state, there was no any response when I clicked on any of the buttons.  I had to use task manager to kill it.
