Description (partial)

1) Register Recording client
2) Make call. CTI Service sends events successfully.
3) Remove Device from JTAPI User. Save.
4) Add Device back to JTAPI User. Save.
5) Make another call. CTI Service fails to send events.

CTI Service needs to reregister the device with JTAPI in order to start receiving events again.
