Description (partial)

Symptom:

Any Custom Device Groups may still show up in the CSM Client GUI Display when using 'Device View" but they will not be available as an applicable Selection in Step 4 of "Adding a New Device".

Conditions:

CSM Database has been Re-Initialized.
