Last Modified

Jan 28, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco IOS

Known Affected Releases

12.4(22)T2

Description (partial)

Symptoms: When you attempt to browse to a WebVPN portal you only see a blank
page. The router does not send the browser a certificate and the portal login
page is not displayed. The command <CmdBold>debug webvpn sdps<noCmdBold> logs
 the following error message:

WV-SDPS: Sev 4:sslvpn_tcp_read_notify(),line 1569:No to notify read: already
 queued[1] 004549:

Conditions: The symptom is observed when the SSLVPN process is waiting for an
HTTP REQUEST from a client on the port configured using the
<CmdBold>http-redirect <port no><noCmdBold> command but the process does not
wake up. This can happen because of an unexpected IPC message to the SSLVPN
 process by another IOS process.
