Description (partial)

Symptom:
 Once the FSD (Fast Peering Session Deactivation) is
 "mistakenly" configured on IPv6 BGP neighbor,
 peer will be brought down and never established
 even though configuration is removed.
 
Condition:
 neighbor fall-over command is configured on
 IPv6 neighbor. Please note that currently FSD for
 IPv6 neighbor is not supported.
