Description (partial)

Cisco unified enterprise attendant console(CUEAC) upgrade from on CUCM doesn't accept the end user id of ARC created in earlier version of CUEAC
End user synced from AD cannot login RTMT for CM even added to 'Standard CCM Admin Users' & 'Standard RealtimeAndTraceCollection' group.

CM7.1(3) with LDAP sync to AD
