Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco unified enterprise attendant console(CUEAC) 3.1.1.4 upgrade from 3.1.0.3 on CUCM 7.1.3.10000-3 doesn't accept the end user id of ARC created in earlier version of CUEAC
 
End user synced from AD cannot login RTMT for CM even added to 'Standard CCM Admin Users' & 'Standard RealtimeAndTraceCollection' group.

Conditions:
With CUCM 7.1.3.10000-3 upgrade CUEAC from 3.1.0.3 to 3.1.1.4

CM7.1(3) with LDAP sync to AD
