Description (partial)

By default, a mandatory process needs to crash five times in the space of a few minutes before the node is reloaded. There is an admin mode command that allows users to configure a different value for the number of process crashes required to trigger a node reset. The bug is that this config (" process single-crash") is lost upon a router reload

if Router is reloaded after "config process single-crash" in Admin-mode , this config is lost.
