Symptom: CTI route point Registeration issue... / first time acquire of the newly created CTI RP device fails. Conditions: Racing scenario with CTI super provider user is not updated with all the RP details; and first fetch from the TSP based app results with zero lines reported... whereas successive fetch request got the correct line information at the CTI service and reported proper response back to the application. Unified CM 7.x / 8.x versions.
