Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 proxy setting is incorrect in Internet Explorer during the VPN tunnel. 
For example,  Internet Explorer shows the proxy as address 2001:1 with port 1::100 when the proxy address should have been 2001:1:1::100.

Conditions:
IPv6 private proxy setting configured in the ASA's group policy, for enforcement during the VPN tunnel.
