Symptom: 1) After config "cable modem remote-query 50 public", use comunity public to retrive ifTable with a speed 40 try per second may cause > 97% cpu usage. 2) If "snmp-server community private view hccp_chansw_snmp_view RW" is configured on CMTS, and walk ifTable with community "private" and without create view hccp_chansw_snmp_view, SNMP engine will use almost all the CPU timeslots. Some snmp related configuration appear automatically, and caused high cpu. Conditions: when a empty view is associated to community or no view is associated to community. it will cause this issue.
