Symptom: Call flow: Caller (PSTN or internal) -> Unity Open Greeting -> caller enter digits to be redirected to CUPC softphone -> CUPC soft phone. While CUPC softphone is ringing the alert name is the voicemail port instead of original caller. Conditions: CUPC softphone. Redirected call.
