Description (partial)

Symptom:

  Following alarms related to Disk encryption key , Secure store and SSL  
  are raised in some WAE's.
  
   1) Secure store is initialized and not open
   2) The system has failed to retrieve the disk encryption key
   3) Unable to generate and/or retrieve SSL managed store encryption  
      key from the Key Manager 
   4) Failed to open SSL store due to failure in getting key from 
      Central Manager. 
  
  Conditions:
  
  1.Disk encryption enabled and Secure Store is opened on Primary, 
    Standby Central Manager and WAEs of version 413b.

  2. Upgraded Primary, Standby Central Manager and WAEs from 413b to 415

  3.  Deregistered WEAs from PCM and reloaded. 
      Disk encryption is disabled and secure store become not  
      initialized state.
  4. Regsitered WAEs and created Device Group then assigned all WAEs.
  5. Enabled Disk encryption and "Initialized and opened" Secure Store   
     through Device Group.
