Symptom:
Qos counters for class-default showing a higher packet count than the output pkts and dropped packets on <CmdBold>show policy-map interface<noCmdBold>
Conditions:
Issue showing up on 10000 router with PRE4 running 12.2(33)SB6
Qos policy is configured for an interface passing traffic from L2tp sessions.
The L2tp VAccess get their qos configuration pulled from a radius server.
