Symptom: When a voicemail attempts to play while the user is in a call, the alert informing the user that voicemails cannot be played back during a call pops up and the voicemail remains selected (which is correct) but the pause button is displayed, even though the voicemail is not, and should not be, playing. If another voicemail is selected it does not attempt to play, it just gets selected with a play button. Conditions: Any deployment of Cisco Mobile with voicemail support.
