Description (partial)

Symptom:
WebEx-scheduled web meeting does not end when all users leave, but the audio meeting ends. 
If the host dials out from the web meeting after the audio meeting ends, then the dialed-out user is placed in the waiting room of another meeting. 

Conditions:
Problem occurs only when the host dials out from a WebEx-scheduled meeting after the the audio meeting ends. When there are no participants in the meeting, the audio meeting ends after the specified meeting length.
