Symptom: Upgrade to 188.8.131.5200-3 or greater fails with the following error: The selected signed file could not be authenticated. The file might have been tampered with or an error might have occurred during download. Please verify the MD5 hash value against the Cisco Systems web site: ee:76:8b:c4:cb:8f:76:41:81:c7:84:90:66:bc:82:9d Conditions: Current active software version is 5.0.4 or 5.1.1.
