Description (partial)

The first symptom is webvpn loadbalancing is unavailable, when there is a
cluster configured. One of the ASA hangs suddenly and it stops responding and
only ping works and management access is also unavailable. The only way to
restore the VPN access is to reboot the box.
The device stops responding the access for webvpn loadbalancing traffic. The
other box doesn't know that the first one has stopped and the webvpn clients
will continuel sending traffic to the affected box and at this time, the client
will be affected and won't establish the webvpn connection.
