When GigabitEthernet 0/4 is administratively shutdown, GigabitEthernet 0/1 goes
Only 2 2960 models that have a GigabitEthernet 0/4 are affected. These 2 models
are WS-C2960-48PST-L and WS-C2960-48PST-S. The other 2960 models do not have a
GigabitEthernet 0/4 and are not affected.

GigabitEthernet0/1 (1000BaseSX SFP)is up and working
GigabitEthernet0/4 is not connected, interface is down
Performing a "shutdown" command on interface GigabitEthernet 0/4 will cause
GigabitEthernet 0/1 to become down.
