Symptom:
A CPUHOG message may be reported with the function listed as Net Background:

%SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (2004)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (3534/1030),process = Net Background.

Conditions:
This can happen under rare conditions. One condition needed is for the CPU of the router to be busy under interrupt at the same time forwarding packets.
