Reconnect error when outdialing new user over phone

Schedule a meeting and scheduler attends meeting over phone.
Open Conference Manager and observe the list of participants.
Scheduler name is shown.
Scheduler outdials over phone to another phone by pressing #31 and phone number to be dialed.
Scheduler hears the prompt that the entered phone will be dialed and to press #1 to admit the user to the meeting.

The new user phone is ringing and in that moment an error is seen on Conference Manager "Reconnect,There was an error with monitoring in-session meeting".
If scheduler clicks on the Reconnect button, it is brought to the meeting where neither he or the called party  is shown.
If the scheduler presses #1 the new party is admitted to the meeting and the meeting continues to work fine.
