Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the routes redistributed into BGP go down, BGP does not immediately withdraw them from BRIB.

Conditions:
When a route redistributed into BGP goes down, BGP can take upto 20 sec to withdraw it from the BRIB. The 20 sec is the worst case delay.

Workaround(s):
There is no workaround. The issue only increases the convergence time to upto 20 sec.
