Description (partial)

Random extra vlan declaration is seen with Redundant Channels with MVRP enabled.
When a channel in spantree alternate role takes over as Root, a random set of extra vlans are declared on the channel. These extra vlans are the ones which not allowed on the vtp trunk, but are present in the vlan database.

Random Extra vlan Declaration is seen with Redundant etherchannels  with MVRP enabled, and when a channel with spantree Alternate role takes over as Root. 
CatOS 8.7.3 software release with mvrp enabled.
