Description (partial)

Symptom:

Agent logs in and is stuck in temp rolle. I see the agent pop-up and try login at times when the port is not available, then errors out with network problem.

Conditions:
Client machine is behind an ip phone L3OOBRIP
Agent is logged in and in the OOB OUL.

ip phone switchport is bounced
