CUCM 5.x and greater

Hi, When you try to generate bill report in PDF format, you can see via Acrobat reader application. But when you try it in CSV format, you can not see it via MS-Excel but only IE. Could anyone tell me why? My customer would like to look bill reports via Excel and save the bill data so that you can convert it for other application. How should I do for that?
