Jitter values under Video Statistics Page are populated in audio call.


Steps to reproduce:
1) User 1 makes a video call to User 2
2) User 2 accepts and opens Call Statistics (both Audio and Video statistics are populated)
3) User 2 removes video from call and resets Video Statistics
4) Average Jitter and Maximum Jitter from 0 starts to increase
