Cisco Bug: CSCtb73259 - Message "Connection to the proxy server failed" appears during reconnect

Symptom: If AnyConnect loses contact with the ASA, DPDs kick in then the Client attempts to reconnect. During the reconnect, a pop-up message appears saying : "Connection to the proxy server failed". Events in the log also indicate that a reconnect using a proxy server is failing. The reconnect should *NOT* be attempting a connection using the proxy server. Conditions: Reconnect when unable to communicate with the ASA.
