Description (partial)

The Administrator changes the user portal port and users can not get to the user portal.

System Management > Network Properties > User Portal Port > 
Changing the port from 9443 to 9400 then restarting CUMA service, the link from the main CUMA ADMIN GUI interface to the user portal still uses port 9443 and not the new 9400 port that the Admin change to.
