Description (partial)

Symptom:

Customers running Any Connect client 2.3.2016 or 2.4.0154(BETA), and CSD 3.4.2048  are having problems connecting the Any Connect client to the ASA when using the Ignore Proxy option in thier Any Connect Profile with CSD enabled

Conditions:

Scenario 1:
 
 When Ignore Proxy is enabled via the Any Connect Profile, CSD fails Token Validation, Posture Assessment Fails and customers are not able to connect.
 
Scenario 2:
 
 When the Any Connect Profile is set to not use the ignore proxy feature, customers are able to connect with no issues with CSD enabled.
 
Scenario 3:
 
If CSD is disabled Any Connect is able to connect with the Ignore Proxy option enabled .
