SCCP phone stuck after IPV4 network settings erased.

SCCP phone is config with DHCP. first release IPV4 address from DHCP server on phone UI.then quickly go to IPV4 network setting menu and erase IPV4 network settings. phone will stuck on this stage for at least about 10 min. then it can come back.
