Description (partial)

DVO not working. The Status remains in Error state.

In Callmanager, there is a remote destination configuration, and in that screen there is the Mobile Identify Information, and if the Destination phone number for the CUMC device is the wrong phone number, the DVO service will change from Online to Error state. Once this occurs, then if the Admin changes the Destination number to the proper number, the DVO stays in Error state. The only recourse to get it working is not the user must Sign out of the CUMC, then Sign back in, then the service will now be online. (Note, relaunching the application did not work without signing out/in).
