Description (partial)

Symptom:

Once BGP neighbor state becomes IDLE from Establish due to peer in wrong AS and BGP identifier wrong, after that, even when the AS number and BGP router-id is corrected, BGP session does not comes up again because the neighbor's router-id is not updated.

Conditions:

mis-configurating bgp AS number and router-id on peer router and correcting that.
