Symptom: HTTP 500 error message display on the UI when user tries to managing the system: ================ HTTP Status 500 - type Exception report message description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request. exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire lock. Queue depth exceeded for writing to NACS - <CAS's ip address> com.perfigo.wlan.web.admin.SecureSmartServer.acquireConcurrLock(SecureSmartServer.java:1175) com.perfigo.wlan.web.admin.UserInfoManager.removeUsersListBySS(UserInfoManager.java:1093) <..snip..> Conditions: This happen when there are multiple large publishing requests over a slow link connection and the system exceeded the publishing queue. The default max publishing queue size is set to 10.
