Symptom: Alarm workflows are supposed to "route" activities back to the original queue once certain criteria are met. The agents have been complaining that activities have not been routed back to queues even though they know for sure that the criteria have been met for certain activities Conditions: EIM 4.2.4 with alarm workflows configured.
