Symptom:

Receiving failures of various kinds when attempting to run tests on CUAE at the supported 8 calls per second (CPS)

Conditions:

Using Our Call Generation Tool we ran a script which connects to CUAE, waits 1 second and then enters a 7-digit + # string.  The load ran for 1hr 46minutes and we did not average 8 CPS for this entire time, the Call Generation Tool reports 28113 Outbound Call attempts while CUAE reports 27803 calls answered.
