Known Affected Releases
Symptom: An error message is thrown while configuring EnergyWise on the device with IPv6 Address. Conditions: This occurs when you: 1. Manage a device with IPv6 address in DCR. 2. Perform config fetch for the device in RME. 3. Create a Netconfig device based job by selecting Energywise task. 4. Select Use Mgmt IP Address of Devices option in the EnergyWise Configuration task page. 5. Save the EnergyWise Configuration. 6. Click View CLI to view the generated command. For example, the command should be in the following format: energywise domain dsf secret *** protocol udp port 43440 ip 2001:0DB8:0:ABCD::1 In this case, configuring the command on the device throws the following error message: 4507E-Mara(config)#$domain dsf secret cisco protocol udp port 43440 ip 2001:41$ energywise domain dsf secret cisco protocol udp port 43440 ip 2001:0DB8:0:ABCD::1 ^ % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
