Description (partial)

 When adding the "$All files on CDROM drives" file set to a rule for denying 
the ability to write
 to USB devices, user receives the error message "This rule would prevent all 
applications from modifying any directory residing on the specified drive(s). 
This could lead to system instability.  This is not a valid rule."
 CSA 6.0 or greater on Windows platforms, in cases where @cd\** is referenced 
in a in a Deny rule.
