Description (partial)

Symptom:

Changing egress method from device CLI doesn't send the Device->Wccp page to
override mode in CM UI.

Conditions:

1. Issue introduced in WAAS version 4.1.3.
2. Device group with confgured wccp settings.
3. egress-method changed at CLI of the device which is part of the group
4. After a config sync, changed egress method will reflect in the CM GUI but
the Device->wccp page will not go into override-mode.
