Description (partial)

Symptom:

Outlook prompts user that Redemption.dll cannot be found and Click to Call cannot be loaded.  User notices that Click to Call is still listed in COM Add-Ins in Outlook

Conditions:

User has uninstalled Click to Call via Add/Remove Programs.  User may have renamed Redemption.dll and disabled Click to Call in COM Add-Ins
