Symptom:

CUCM3.3--(H323)--CUBE---(SIP)---OCS
                   |
                   |(PRI) 
                 PSTN  

When a call is made from Cisco IP phone to OCS client, and OCS client puts caller on hold for 30 seconds, the call will be dropped.
However if the OCS put the PSTN caller on hold for 30 seconds, the call won't be dropped.

Conditions:

Call is made from Cisco IP phone to Microsoft OCS.
