Symptom:

OLM handling at SGA/SIA and BCM performance improvement

Conditions:

6.0.1 V02

BTS is not able to sustain calls beyond 500 CPS at 180 cht with 95% sip calls, and 5% ss7 calls, or 520 CPS at 180 CHT with 100% sip calls, although the CPU utilization for the same is less than 15%.

The MRMW queue throttles, causing the load to fall drastically. Following errors are observed:
