Cisco Bug: CSCtb58847 - State change in interface spits QOS-3-ATLEAST_ONE_FAILOVER_ERR message.

None Symptom: If a physical interface associated with a tunnel that has a QoS queuing policy attached to it, undergoes a state change e.g. interface down, or because there is a route change where the physical interface is not used any more by the tunnel a message like "%QOS-3-ATLEAST_ONE_FAILOVER_ERR: Fail-over of dynamic interface Multilink8 failed" may be printed on the console. Conditions: If the customer configuration consists of a tunnel with a QoS queuing policy and the tunnel uses a physical interface e.g. a multilink PPP interface, and that physical interface goes through a state change, e.g. one of the member links shuts down, then customer will see the above error message.
