Known Affected Releases
Symptom: User unable to receive Voicemails on Mobile Communicator. Debugging shows that CUMA is getting an invalid login / password response from the IMAP voicemail server. Conditions: -Using separate credentials for Voicemail and corporate ("Are the Voicemail credentials for the user same as corporate credentials?" setting on the voicemail Enterprise adapter set to 'No') -Password entered for the user in the user portal under "Password to access My Voicemails" begins with one or more zeros / 0 s.
