Description (partial)

Symptoms: A device running Cisco IOS may reload when the <CmdBold>show tcp
brief<noCmdBold> command is issued.

Conditions: This symptom is observed under the following conditions:
1.ip domain lookup" is configured (it is on by default)
2. the ip address of the foreign host in the tcp session has a very long
domain name associated with it (on the order of 70 characters).
3. the port number of the foreign host is 5 digits long.

If ip domain lookup is disabled, the problem could still happen if the host
has a static entry configured via the <CmdBold>ip host<noCmdBold> command.
