Description (partial)

On a Cisco IOS-XR router with BGP Non Stop routing feature configured, BGP sessions will go down on Standby RP. This will result in resynchronization of BGP database to Standby Route Processor.

This problem can occur when BGP is initially synchronizing it's database to Standby Route Processor for Non Stop Routing feature. During this process if there is any issues with replicating the TCP sessions to Standby Route Processor this problem may occur.
