Description (partial)

Symptom:
NEAT is breaking with "authentication control-direction in" on the authenticator port. Authentication is successful and the port is in authorized state but it is not possible for the switch acting as the supplicant to pass any traffic over the trunk except for the native VLAN 1.

"authentication control-direction in"
