Description (partial)

Symptom:

A security vulnerability exists in Cisco Access Points (AP) involving the Over The Air Protocol (OTAP).

Condition:

An AP without a configuration listens for specific OTAP packets that contain location information for a Wireless LAN Controller 
(WLC). It may be possible for an attacker to insert a malicious WLC in close proximity to a vulnerable and trick the AP into 
registering with the malicious WLC.
