Description (partial)

Symptoms:

Memory leak is seen in the energy wise "energywise proto" process.  Process keeps holding more memory over time.  This can be seen with the following command when run over a few days:

show process memory sorted holding | i energy wise

PID 309 energywise proto will be the process grabbing memory. 

Conditions:

Have Energywise enabled on 3750 switch. Issue has been seen in 12.2(50)SE2 and 12.2(50)SE3.
