Description (partial)

Symptom:

The utm.log fills up quickly with error messages such as:

com.cisco.nm.lib.snmp.lib.SnmpValueException: Illegal Access. NoSuchInstance being accessed as Integer

Or:

java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString

Conditions:

This can occur if Dynamic User Tracking is being used, but the switches sending MAC address notification traps to Campus Manager are not configured for DHCP snooping and/or 802.1x.
